You don't use whole eggs?

I try to be mindful of the amount of saturated fats I eat but I got a ton of omega-3 from the cod liver. When I can choose I'll choose a healthy fat. not that yolks are bad, I ate one yesterday for lunch. It was so good and gooey! I eat a yolk once every month or so.

What can be horrifically damaging to health is too much omega 6.. in some of those unsaturated fats.

I have a celestial angelic doctor... who insists on those eggs. I don't buy cheap crap eggs though. I won't eat eggs from abused chickens and what is labeled "cage free".. some of those are as crowded as ones stuffed in cages.
