That's not what we see. We see mass dumps like billion ounces within 60 seconds obviously designed to drive the price down. CFTC and other government regulators turn a blind eye they let the crooks run wild. Oh they'll investigate they say oh well you shouldn't have done this or that so we're going to find you you know $20 million. That's why the CFTC and their ilk don't do anything if they stop them from doing it then they stop collecting the millions of dollars and fines and penalties.
