My employer has quit posting schedules on the cork board, requiring us to double check our schedules on the computer. Is this a psychological fear tactic to try and get me to stop using internet message boards? If your employer is spying on you what are your rights?

Silent mime games like this are eerily reminiscent of brainwash davidian cults or overcontrolling narcissists.

My screen name shall stay blue and I won't be intimidated to cut off healthy communications with people outside of an tunnel vision loop.

If it gets worse I will simply quit.

What are they gonna say? Something like, "We hacked your phone and were spying on you and we gotta say that we don't want you to use message boards anymore."

I will tell you what, nothing I post on a message board is connected nor has anything to do with anyone I work with. None of their business. They should keep their noses where they belong.

Everything you do off the work premises is none of your employers concern and not for your employer to know. If your employer does want to know they should ask you directly. Spying on you only shows their evil intent and could be considered cause for extreme alarm. When they gather information about you without your knowledge they are cutting the "you" part out of the worker-employer situation and dehumanizing you. This tells you that they want control over you in such a way that communist leaders would be proud.

I'll tell you what, first sign my freedom is endangered I will straight up quit because I'm a true patriot.
