Why would China want to engage in a Nuclear War? If the war would stay conventional China would win hands down since they could outproduce the US much the same way the US and Russia outproduced Germany and Japan in WW2.
The only country that would want to make the next war go Nuclear would be the US. It is the only way it could even attempt to hold it's own.
