I dry celery greens like that all the time. I like to use them to flavor white rice.

You know what is really good? Celery bread. I grew up eating perch and celery bread here [link to www.eriebeachhotel.com (secure)]
You use celery seed instead of garlic on the toast with lots of butter. Interesting!
 Quoting: Lance Roseman From BC

You crack the seeds or use them whole? Sounds good. I really like celery flavor.

Re: Help! Where's a good chef at this hour?
Both the rice and the bread with celery sound good. I'll have to try it some time.
 Quoting: In Yer Neck

The greens are really subtle, so beef flavor will overpower it, but with white meat or fish without a lot of spice, it sets the rice up really well, I think. It also has a visual effect, too. Gives the boring rice a bit of character.

Just use them whole. it is a great tasting bread!

So annoying. I guess that site isn't EU compliant. I was on a UK server earlier, and it gave me a 404 when I used that link. Now, even though I'm piping through the US, a damn cookie is still blocking my browser. I've got all I need now, anyway.

Did you see the same pay wall I saw?

See the educational angle.

I got all of that, too. But pretend you just got back from the store with fresh parsley (haha) and go back and scroll past the ingredients so you can copy paste the directions...

Awesome link, thanks! Hopefully I manage to get somewhere I can put this to use. My preps are slow, and also my parents are old. I feel like I should move near them, but they're like 1 hour outside Atlanta. Way too close to the city. I really want to go out west before it's too late. Utah or SD. So I don't know yet. got to do something soon. I figure we aren't gonna be too far behind the schedule in Canada, so I might have 6 months.
