CHERRYULTRA- User ID: 83859338 07/17/2022 12:48 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | So I am a kitchen ignoramus, although I do kick ass at following directions. I visited this site called Yummly when I saw a recipe for short ribs that looked interesting. I wrote down all the ingredients, and went shopping (bought FRESH parsley for the first time ever, which made me feel all grown up!). Quoting: BadProgBad When I got home and went to write down the directions, I found out that in order to see them, I have to sign up for a paid membership. Wha? The only clue I received is a note that told me the recipe involves searing, braising, and deglazing for flavor. I have a searing burner on my gas grill, which is great for keeping the kitchen clean, but IDK what braising and deglazing for flavor means. They offer a 2 week "free intro," but no. No cc# for you, thank you. Now I have all these fresh ingredients, defrosted the beef ribs, uncovered my grill and pulled out the crock pot, but I'm not sure what to do with the ingredients. :( Fuck parsley and fuck a gas grill. You need charcoal,or oak wood. Let the ribs be room temp. Marinate with lea perrins, kikkoman, white pepper, black pepper. For 30 min, turning after 15. Grill over very high flame 3 min Turn Grill 3 more min Move to indirect heat for 20 min Platter up and let set for 7 min... Nomnomnom.... |

Char (is that the right word?- I haven't done it in a long time) all sides of the ribs. Then put in a glass pan & pour BBQ sauce on them. Cover with foil. Put the pan on the grill for 20 - 30 minutes (about 350*) And then like Cherry said: nomnomnom |
