Um, unconstitutional. In every way. This is communist playbook 101. First, demonize your opponent. Next, disarm him. Then kill him. Every time. Which is why "deleting" any cops and/or own Military personnel who execute these Unconstitutional Laws is paramount to doing good and wondrous things in America. Of course this will inevitably lead to hard national Martial Law in America.
