H.R.127 - Sabika Sheikh Firearm Licensing and Registration Act

Introduced on Jan 4

(a) In General.—The Attorney General, through the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, shall establish a system for licensing the possession of firearms or ammunition in the United States, and for the registration with the Bureau of each firearm present in the United States.
 Quoting: Secretizer:MV80Njk5ODY2XzkwODY5OUJ

That's interesting wording and makes the provision invalid. Licensing firearms OR ammunition leaves it open to either one or the other but absolutely not both, it if isn't clear which then the law is invalid for being unintelligible.

If you see feds at the neighbors place, fucking shoot them. If the neighbor is a bad guy, shoot him too.

Re: H.R.127: Firearm Licensing and Registration Act
House Bill Would Require Psych Test, Liability Insurance For Gun Ownership, Implement Mass Retroactive Registry
[link to nationalfile.com (secure)]

Excerpts -

The legislation would require any gun owner to provide the “make, model, and serial number of the firearm, the identity of the owner of the firearm, the date the firearm was acquired by the owner, and where the firearm is or will be stored” to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

It would also require the gun owner to provide timely “notice specifying the identity of any person to whom, and any period of time during which, the firearm will be loaned to the person.”

The proposed legislation, if passed and codified into law, would require the information be transmitted to the ATFE within three months of the law’s effective date for firearms already owned, and on the “takes possession date” for any acquisitions after the law’s effective date.

The legislation requires the establishment of a more comprehensive database.

“The Attorney General shall make the contents of the database accessible to all members of the public [emphasis added], all Federal, State and local law enforcement authorities, all branches of the United States Armed Forces, and all State and local governments, as defined by the Bureau.” [emphasis added]

The violation of privacy in the open source information to the public and the US military raises questions of purpose and constitutionality.

Also included in the proposed legislation – specifically Section (c)(1)(A)(ii)(I) – are the requirements for a psychological evaluation and liability insurance:

And should a potential gun-owner seek to acquire a “military-style weapon” – a definition that Progressives keep in a constant state of flux – there are additional requirements associated with the psychological evaluations.

The additional requirements, include:

“[A]s deemed necessary by the licensed psychologist involved, the evaluation included a psychological evaluation of other members of the household in which the individual resides; and…” [emphasis added]

“[A]s part of the psychological evaluation, the licensed psychologist interviewed any spouse of the individual, any former spouse of the individual, and at least 2 other persons who are a member of the family of, or an associate of, the individual to further determine the state of the mental, emotional, and relational stability of the individual in relation to firearms.” [emphasis added]

And the proposed legislation not only adds another level of government graft and taxation on the gun-owners of America by virtue of the fact these “licenses” would cost $800 and have an expiration date, it appears the legislation creates a new government insurance agency.

“The fee specified in this paragraph is $800.” [emphasis added]

The proposed law would also require a valid license to possess ammunition.

LOL, some highlights...

...that includes at least 24 hours of training and live fire training.

...shall be fined not less than $50,000 and not more than $100,000, imprisoned not less than 10 years and not more than 20 years, or both.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77983957

Yep! Just more bullshittery from our completely Corrupted Federal Government really.
 Quoting: darkwolf007

Those provisions and all the others make my decision whether to comply or not easy. Your choices are either to be disarmed or bankrupted and imprisoned. I'll go with option C.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76507751

Yep! I know most likely at the absolute best should I wind up physically dying as I fight back the best against our own Federal Government and their various tools to destroy America only my immediate family will mourn me... if that. I would much rather prove to myself I am indeed strong on the inside win or lose than to bow to Lucifer begging for my life and soul.

...

No, we are not Canada. This bullshit isnt passed. And even if it is, no ones complying with it. They sure would like every country on earth to be Canada though. Run by a queer and with no free speech or gun rights.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78167239

Our Military will comply with the national gun confiscations. They have every time they have done so in America thus far.
 Quoting: darkwolf007

Youre talking about New Orleans during Katrina? No way they could pull that off nationally. Optically and logistically not possible. And did any of those people think to get in their face about their oath?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78167239

Yes, AC, this is precisely what I am talking about such an incident. The Communists who have taken control of our Federal Government no longer gives a damn about optics nor the logistics of a national gun confiscation program and/or such harsh actions necessary. Remember, Russia and China were much more armed than America when the Communists took them both over. The very same Communist crap will happen here in America very soon.

This is the single most important bit of advice I can give concerning what is imminently coming ---> Tupac-TN .

Those who are not wanting you to have your guns, ammo, and/or whatever else you can use to protect yourself and/or your family are those who will betray you. All because they themselves are weak willed. If they can not be strong on the inside they do not want you to be strong either. They will drag you down. They will drag you to the Corrupt so not only will they have willingly sold themselves to the Corrupt, but with high hopes by selling you to the Corrupt too they can enhance their chances to become the best Corrupt abomination they can hope to achieve.

All you fools saying the military law enforcement wont do anything are sadly mistaken. All the others saying this will never happen you are living in fantasy land. Just look at the election BS what happen not a damn thing America just went about its business. Just look at the idiots wearing masks and all the forcing of business to close. Even worse yet how business treat their customers these days. Its over!!!

Another thing it will be mostly contractors coming for your guns. We dont need the military etc... we have our own UAV's, air support etc... It will be big money that I will gladly take.

You think it cant be enforced or outright confiscation done. Think again! It can be done and will be done if the Gov says so. Its easy we did it in astan, iraq, katrina, and to a lower profile during other hurricanes. Its not a problem or big deal at all. There maybe a few who fight but ounce everyone see's what happens to them they will pile their guns at the end of their drive ways.

We lost when the idiots went into the capital and acted like tourist instead of conquering army. Its over!

What gets me is they tell you over and over what they are going to do and they DO IT!! All the right does is keep going about as if nothing is going to happen. These so called patriots are nothing but a bunch of key board warriors. They do nothing. They raid the capital and act like tourists and take selfies. GLP tards grow up it is over Americans are sadly bigger pussies then the euro trash.

Guns are all but over now any way no ammo. All these rednecks around me shoot on weekends wasting ammo they will never be able to replace. They dont have to confiscate one gun. Idiot americans will make guns obsolete by shooting up/wasting ammo. They can tax and regulate ammo all they want. ammo isnt in the constitution. They can also have epa ban lead ammo on federal/state land and regulate ranges out of business.

[link to en.wikipedia.org (secure)] 2018, the most recent year for which data are available as of 2021, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC's) National Center for Health Statistics reports 38,390 deaths by firearm, of which 24,432 were by suicide and 13,958 were homicides.

[link to www.drugabuse.gov (secure)]
National Drug-Involved Overdose Deaths—Number Among All Ages, by Gender, 1999-2019. More than 70,000 Americans died from drug-involved overdose in 2019, including illicit drugs and prescription opioids.

A recent Johns Hopkins study claims more than 250,000 people in the U.S. die every year from medical errors. Other reports claim the numbers to be as high as 440,000. Medical errors are the third-leading cause of death after heart disease and cancer.

So why is no one harping on either of these things?

2/3's of the firearm deaths are suicides, and they would have kiled themselves some other way if they didn't have a gun.

So you're left with 13000 gun killings a year, in a country that has between 250,000 and 400,000 people killed by DOCTORS

If I were you and I were REALLY concerned about people dying I'd chose another cause, especially when it is estimated gun owners PREVENT over three million violent crimes every year in the USA. The simple fact is armed americans save many more lives than they take.

There are some nefarious bastards behind the text who are hoping to keep the 'insurrection' narrative bullshit going. There are now over 10 pages of posts to this topic today so they have already won since most of you guys (and rightfully so) are absolutely pissed!

Slow down and think about this for a minute. First of all, it would take years for this to see the light of day (can you say litigation?) but if some Proud Boy wannabes go storm city hall with their AR's then it could facilitate public opinion to go in the opposite direction.

The powers that be had to go after all white Trumpers/Patriots first before they can remove American guns. Many Americans own weapons especially white Trumpers/Patriots and rednecks. Once some were prosecuted, it makes that group now afraid to fight further. Then the NRA just went bankrupt. Therefore, this bill is most likely going to pass now that the group with the most guns are afraid. Once weapons are registered, then who has $800/year to keep it registered or to get all of the required psychological evaluations. Any doctor or relative or fake friend can report you as not being all together mentally. Basically, we are living in the beginning to mid Tribulation. Once all of you get the mark or vaxx possibly, then register your weapon...it is a done deal. Turn to Jesus before it is too late.

Can this thread start a 2nd amendments rights militia? Cause that will be what it will take..cause it is coming...they are going to take your guns away one house at a time..and you- the neighbor will do nothing from fear to help..then they move to another house down the street and raid theirs and you think you were lucky..now both your neighbors are gone and then they come to your house,..nobody unites and fights to help each other..that is their plan and it works every time..it is called nazi USA..coming for one individual at a time by 200 ATF..unless the NRA or a militia stands up they will win
