I've been monitoring this situation for years and last night I was given some information from a reliable source that indicates the following;

- Punxsutawney Phil is a Russian asset.

- He is part of a larger cell of Russian assets that have
been secretly running underground High Frequency
Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) facilities all up
up and down the East coast for decades.

- Every few years Year on the evening of February 1st him,
Putin, and the Democrats corner the heating oil and
natural gas industries and then doom us to 6 more weeks
of winter.
