Have you ever been so frightened, and helpless, that you no longer can be?

I don't know what you are going through. But I know fear and helplessness. I did not see anyway I could survive what I was in. My knees would shake so violently in terror when I stood on my feet that I wondered if I was having a nervous breakdown.

So much of that time is a vague blur today. I can't tell you how I muddled through it. I can tell you it was not pretty nor did I do it with grace. It was embarrassingly ugly at points. But I can assure you today, 7 years later I would not trade one minute of that time for what I learned and who I am now.

Not one second of it was wasted. All was a necessary part of something I partly understand and fully trust was meant for the best.

CP I've read your posts OVER THE YEARS, and I'm very glad you're back -- if you haven't realized it, you have definitely inspired numerous people here

I bet you can even turn this post 180 degrees into something positive if you put your mind to it
