All this buttoning and unbuttoning...

Everything is gonna be alright. Not sure if you listen to music or not but I find that it helps me out listening to it on high volume while home alone. It fills the gaps Kind of like a playlist to life driving me along in whatever I'm doing. Dancing is contagious and it is good for the soul. When is the last time you got dressed up? Got a haircut? Washed your car? Bought a new outfit? The whole look good feel good thing is very real. Have you had a beard before? If no grow one why? Because you can and will make you look different. I had a beard for 10+ years I recently shaved it off and damn does it feel good to look like a new me. I have seen what you are talking about it in the older generations at grocery stores. Almost as if they are walking around defeated just know ALOT of us respect you all the amount of knowledge and experience you possess Is not to be wasted. You have a purpose and it will shine through. In the meantime do something good for yourself, while you are at it do something good for a random stranger. Get off the doom boards for a couple weeks until your armor is stronger. Better yet start working out, there are plenty of older guys that are ripped as fuck so why can't you? You can and you will if you want it. I want you too check out a song it helped me through many dark times and I promise it will help you too. Incubus-the warmth and incubus-our love. Thanks for the reply. I genuinely appreciate it. I am a female but working out is something that I might try. Before all this mess started, I walked 4-5 miles a day, and now the weather is miserable and the mall requires a mask. No way can I speed walk with a mask!!
