The semi-slug, have you heard of it?

It seems like a Mandeller effect because neither me or my boyfriend have ever heard of such a thing, but we saw 2 tonight! It’s like a snail with a retard proto-shell that’s too small to be of use.
I’m stunned. Do you know how much shit I know about plants, animals and bugs? Way too much. I have never seen nor heard nor read about such a creature.
They’ve even named a genus of Tasmanian semi-slug after david Attenborough!
