I noticed about two years ago where the Bullion dealers started to push fractional silvers, 1/10, 1/4, 1/2 ounce rounds often aimed and advertised for preppers, they are often much much higher percentage wise in price (premium) then a whole ounce. For the preppers here, don't fall for this just purchase Constitutional silver coinage pre 65 quarters, dimes and half Dollars are 90% silver, same with Morgan and Peace Dollars, 1965 to 1970 Franklin Half Dollars are 40% silver, The US Mint also produces fractional Gold, 1/10 and higher American Eagles w/premium, other Mints around the world do the same with Fractional GLD and SLV Coins and rounds!

Besides Ebay, Local Coin Dealers are a good place to buy Constitutional coinage, sold either by the ounce or face value x what ever the going rate is, make sure it's Troy Ounces and not regular/standard ounces because there is a 3.1 gram difference between the two measurements!
