Another serious question for SILVERTARDS about spot price
If you go to SXGnifty and look at their spot price:
[link to www.sgxniftydowfutureslive.com (secure)]

And then you go to Kitco and look at their spot price: [link to www.kitcosilver.com]

The SGX spot price is always about 30 cents HIGHER than kitco.

Does anyone know why that is?

I have no idea.

Does not matter buy physical only but where you can get it the cheapest.

Spot prices are manipulated so do not look at them it is an illusion...

I get that - I totally agree - I am just confused by the data.

Both sources seem legit, yet they are different.

One may track "bid" and the other "ask" price.

One other possibility is both of my Apps update their prices at different times.

I think Kitco uses the current futures contract price, and other sites use daily spot price as derived from commercial bar sales.

Something like that, anyway.

My kitco shows a ask and a bid with a .50 cent difference. OP said .30 cent so I figured the apps are updating at different times but who knows?
