Investing question #2
The market is closed.
There is a stock going up fast during and after market. (FARM).
How can I manage to get it on the recent price, or at least not much higher?
I appreciate your answer.
And you are welcome for the tip.

Should you have put your money in crypto at the beginning of the year?

Yes...Yes you should have

Regarding your question - you buy at market price or put a bid in below the market price & hope it dips & you get a taker

Good luck

Always this new age bullshit.

Never occurred to anyone that the dwelling place in the heavens is the fucking space station?

All it would take is a couple of decent debris or meterite strikes and that place is fucked and will fal.

They have already made several predictive programming shows about it...almost like they EXPECT it to happen.

But these new age fucksnorks keep going on a bout places that have no proof whatsoever of their existence.

Fucking stupid wankfuck vegan pedo fucksnorkles.

Re: Investing question #2
Its up because they released the earnings report today, so the stock ran in anticipation of the earnings.

It also looks like they missed their estimate by $0.13. Typically, you are going to see a sell off after an earnings report - I have a personal rule to NEVER hold through earnings because stocks dip afterwards and then you are left waiting for some sort of catalyst to get the price back up so you can sell.

My advice would be to not be too eager to pick this up tomorrow. Wait a bit - at least to 1PM EST or so and see if its going to continue (my bet is that it will not).

I rarely trade big board stocks (NYSE, S&P,) because they just don't have the excitement I like. I hate waiting 6 months for a stock to maybe go up 30-50%.

I day trade penny stocks on the OTC market and I see 30-50% gains in an HOUR or two - sometimes I see 400%+ in a day. I have been making $3-$6K a month trading with the same $3000 - I just take my gains and reinvest my original $$.

You sound like a newbie which means, you will be skinned alive.

Get some experience PAPER TRADING and then jump in with 5 shares at a time UNTIL YOU CAN CONSISTENTLY MAKE MONEY.

Dont be greedy, go for small hits (10-30$).

There is a lot of TRICKS used that you need to learn such as
fake breakouts before you go live with serious money.

Read the book the Intelligent Investor and realize what is truly the point of INVESTING, not gambling.

Then after that, read some more and take a cautious approach based on actual merit based investment vs trying to follow net trends/tips.

Great advice!

Anything short of three years is gambling...If you are not a long term investor, because you are making a loan to a business, then you are gambling...

generally trading taking place in ext hours is done on very very low volume. when price shoots up on that low volume what tends to happen when the market opens is what one might call a "flash crash".

Day trading and penny stocks was good until Feb 1, when desperate larger fish now took over the pond.

This gobble effect will happen so large that countries will topple at this point.

Then the whole world goes into reset. Happening quickly.

AH trades are "limit" type. Place an order for the amount you wish to buy, set the price and wait.

Don’t listen to some of these people here, you can trade in Pre Market and After Hours trading, these are called “extended hours”. Certain platforms offer it and some don’t,

What platform do you trade with?

Look at a stock with the symbol ZNOG. It has taken them 6 years to finally get their first oil rig up in Israel. The rig can drill horizontally and produce oil equivalent to 10 rigs that are vertical. They have two wells drilling and they have yet to hit oil. The stock closed yesterday at $0.70. If they hit oil it will scream to the $4 to $5 range. They have 30 full time employees. They are based in Dallas,TX.

Re: Investing question #2
You can't. At least not meaningfully. As someone pointed out some places offer extended trading to retail investors, but it doesn't matter. You can't trade at the same speed and levels as the institutional investors and you don't have a Bloomberg terminal or anything so trying to play in those circles is useless. The best you can do is place a limit order now for tomorrow at open. If it just popped today, chances are that there will be a sell early at or close to open. Have your limit order be around the close price if that is what you feel comfortable with the price at and wait. Unless it rockets and continues to rocket, there should be a retraction at some point early on or mid-day. Get in then.
