He was dispensing "Hopium" - to paralyze the Trumpists.
Very successful at that.
Hence why the MSM is still pushing Q and has been pushing it incessantly for 3+ years.
If you want something to go away, you IGNORE it. That is the STANDARD and still used - without exception - method.
