There is an active case in the Supreme Court... this is not Qtard or Anon BS this is an active case. Docket No, 20-845. The next scheduled conference for this case is Feb 19.

There is a lot of disinformation flying around in both directions, but yes there is currently about 25 active court cases and yes a couple are with the federal supreme court.
