Breyer, Sotomayor, Kagan were The Three who voted against.

This is good, but in all likelihood, it was only struck down so that it would make it easier to target large groups of believers at one time. SCOTUS never does anything good without evil outcomes hoped for, jmo. When you work for Satan (as does SCOTUS), there is always an ulterior motive.

The SCOTUS under Roberts has proven to be nothing but another bunch of political BS. This case should have taken this case up long before now...and it was so blantonly unconstitutional that there should have been ZERO thought to it, and a 9-0 decision. The entire case should have eaten less than 5 minutes to handle.
