These polls are manufactured bullshit meant to manipulate opinions, they always have been. That's doubly true where polls in Europe are concerned. Politicians, the wealthy and the royals have already made the decision to reduce air travel, the pandemic was the excuse for that and about a thousand other things. Air travel will never be allowed to return to previous levels and will be largely the domain of the elites in the future. It's something they always wanted. No other kind of travel will return to previous levels either. As for the meat, they're saying this now to make it seem like the majority support it which means they're going to start making people eat less meat in the near future. Whether through laws and restrictions, a reduction in supply and availability or through taxes and increased prices, they're going to force people to comply. Those who cheer it will find their joy short lived because everything else they've known their entire lives is about to be reduced or eliminated in the same fashion. As to the effects on global warming, they're aren't any but it's irrelevant because the people behind this are liars. Humans don't cause permanent changes to the planet anymore than gun control stops crime. This is really about resources and ensuring the future security of the wealthy and the royals just like everythnig in our civilizations history has been. In fact, everything since the dawn of civilized humans has been about that. The peasents slave so the powers that be don't have to do anything. That's reality. As the man said, you have owners.
