Within the past 6 months ISIS has taken over Mozambique, just to the south of Tanzania.
Their mission is genocide, like Rwanda. But in Rwanda they used machetes and concrete blocks to kill 600,000 people in 3 months.
If this is bathtub gin or a biological weapon, or possibly a human extermination chemical weapon it is clear that ISIS is clearing the East Coast of Africa for a reason.
