hope this will not be the begin of a " Killer Pandemic "  Won't be. Disease that kills quickly doesn't have opportunity to spread. This. sodium hydroxide in the water supply could make this appear anywhere. Or formaldehyde. Now, before people think I am giving TPTB ideas...
