I was a C cup & now I’m F cup but the rest of my body has pretty much stayed the same size. This happened after my 3rd child was born. I’ve never heard of only the cup size continuing to expand. Anyhow, I’m glad I’m not the only one that this has happened to. I was starting to feel like a freak! I thought I was a freak too. Whoever heard of pregnancy being like another puberty ? I had no idea! Although I’m tall & thin (I wear a size 4), I look bigger in photos because I have to wear a size large top. It hangs on me like a tent. I realize that a lot of people love larger breasts, but it’s just too overwhelming for my frame. I can’t find bras that adequately fit and it’s uncomfortable. As soon as this COVID stuff blows over, I’m definitely going to look into having them reduced back to a C cup, if not a B cup. I’ve researched this matter off and on, but this is the first confirmation I’ve run across that pregnancy can indeed cause breasts to grow larger. I’ve been racking my brain (no pun intended) to figure out what was causing this issue. The problem with reductions is they cut your nipples off and put em on the tray for a while while they re-arrange you. There goes any sensation for life. I have large floatation devices myself. Mammograms are a pain. I also expanded later in life. |

As I lose, my breasts lose. So while most of breast size is genetic, a lot is due to your weight. I never took birth control and don’t have any kids. Back when I weighed 125 in m early 20’s, I was a comfortable b cup. Now that I weigh around 170, I’m a d cup and it’s absolutely uncomfortable. Plus they grow a whole cup size during my period and I have to wear a totally different sized bra for about a week. Having large breasts is rough but I blame much of the discomfort on myself for having this extra weight. :( |

Those two bras are pretty but your heavy breasts will cause the straps to dig into your shoulders eventually creating a permanent depression into the muscles. Quoting: the scribe She’s right! Once you get that depression, it’s hard to reverse it. Playtex has some of the best support bras, but they only last a few months. After about 3 months, it’s time to replace because the straps get blown out, basically. That’s going to be any bra that has to work harder, though. |
