There have been exceptionally high readings on radnet recently and from several glpers who own geigers.

This kicks up usually from wildfire smoke from all the particulates that have settled into the pine forests and the burning of the top 6 inches of topsoil. Happens with the Chernobyl fires too, but its a much bigger deal when it happens over there.

Except, there haven't been any wildfires. Many are stumped over the cause and suspect something burned recently over at Fuku but that is unverified... its just a very strong rad signature though. VERY.

we still have 3 reactor cores in meltdown that we do not know where they are, or what their status is. The tank farm holding millions of tonnes of water that needs to be dumped before those containers start busting open, which they will. Radiation accelerates entropy.

300 tonnes a day still gets poured on EACH reactor to continue to cool the cores. 10 years later. So those babies are still hot. That tells you a lot of what you need to know. The accident is about as much as it was 'under control' now in 2021, as it was in 2011.
