3 2 liters of mountain dew melon sugar free
doritos are bogo so i got 4 bags, 2 cheese 2 ranch
and a ton of meat products that went into the freezer. freezer now over packed but closeable if i transfer some to fridge.

the second i closed my freezer tho...i had this like feeling of bad or guilt or something. :(

i'm a bit fat, single, but no drugs. my bmi is at 22%. when i get it to 18% i'll be happy

it's a lowcarb diet with 1 cheat day a week. it's very easy to buy for the cheat day lol.

you do realize carbonation when it bounces around in your system it's breaking down the bonds in the fat making it get tossed out right? what do you think carbonation does in your body lol????
