Years ago we had a woman in our company who looked like a professional cheerleader. She gained all the benefits of that look when it pleased her, yet she complained loudly about being asked to man a booth at a conference: "They just want me to draw in male customers!"

I look like a short, too small, underweight elf - - - face included. I now have old skin to add to this, um, lovely look. If I had been asked to man a booth because of a beautiful face and bikini body, I would have been happy to take advantage of that to sell our company service.
