so i guess people like me who have fixed rate are shit out of luck, we did the right thing and now the idiots who signed low interest adjustables are getting the deals. everyting bush does sucks! it rewards people for making a stupid deal and punishes those of us who didnt.

People who signed ARM mortgages are idiots. The best thing to do is go with a fixed, pay a little bit higher interest rate & they wouldn't be in the predicament they're in.
