Does anyone here have any experience of making an 'Ens'? Or has anyone made an Oil of Tartar Per Deliquium?

Put tartar outside under the week of the full moon when no rain is expected and it's quite humid it will turn intto an oil but bring it in during the day only put it out at night time

I tried to make it by leaving the Potassium Carbonate outside on a tray but it just remained in the crystal state for a couple of weeks. So I added some distilled water and filtered that off. I then used this to make the Ens but the separation of the Oil of Tartar and the Ethanol didn't happen and the 2 mixed together.

What sucks for me is seeing people deceived because I was into that stuff myself long ago.
