True. Liberalism/leftism/progressivism/Communism/libtardism have actually grown worse over the past 50 years.

However, until not too long ago, it was considered impolite or too intrusive to label or identify the ideology of a person, at least in mixed company. So US-hating liberals/leftists have gotten sort of a free pass through the years.

President Trump himself wasn't more upfront about left vs right until the last few years, around 2019-2020 in particular.

Now in 2021, we have a cabal of US-hating leftists in the White House and DC, and are one step away from becoming the United States of Beijing/Mao/Orwell-1984.

All because too many people haven't really understood the true, dark nature of liberalism/leftism/libtardism/Communism.
