Can someone explain why this bitcoin has any value? I'm not trying to be an ass, but I just don't get it? It's based on what?

Not gold. The treasury just prints more and more miney when the economy starts to teater. How long do you think that can go on? why do you think dogecoin was created? it's mocking the USD and it's infinite supply backed by nothing. Yeah its funny when the Gold bugs try and say it was a joke about Bitcoin.
