Why the incessant hopium surrounding Trump?

plus we have congress going crazy again(after two failed impeachments) trying to stop Trump from a second term. the media is also still on the attack. then we have video like this below. so i wonder just what the deep agenda is? is Trump a player or is he opposition? is this all a psych-op to keep us stupid? anesthetized?
