My personal opinion is that "she" is a male, who was pre pubescent stunted with hormone therapy. I think her weirdo, actor, libby leftist parents had a little boy and tried to turn it into a little girl.

Anyway, what good does this do for Greta. I hope she finds a way out - she has been used and abused. What kind of life is that - being stunted by hormones, unable to even reach five feet of height and not allowed to develop any secondary sex characteristics.
