Why didn't they? I have four different types of heat available and only used two this time. I'm only one state away and never rely on utilities. I use them but don't trust my life or assets to them. It's like the stimulus check - it's stupid to rely on it, but I'll take it every time and use it to strengthen my reserves.

It should have never been put into service as a prime source of power for public utility use!

Nothing can out do a NG powered power plant, except for a nuclear facility.

These green power facilities should only have been used for auxiliary backfeeding the grid. This is where their strength and ultimate purpose is at.

By doing so, NG Plants could be brought up online as needed, all but eliminating the day after day of burning of
fossil fuels.

Ok, so we have a few days each year when coal, NG, plants are operational. Not a great threat to destroying the planet eh?

Green is good, but until further operational issues can be worked out, Green Energy is not ready to fill the boots of public service primary power distribution.
