I don't care if it doesn't snow where you live, any potential disaster requires you to be self sufficient. Who are you to say that about the people of Texas? There may be some folks who are not hard core preppers but still had supplies. I bet the majority of Texans were well prepped...and shared those preps when needed. The ones who did not have supplies are the ones who are supported by welfare and/or live hand to mouth. They will never prep because they get everything handed to them. In a real long-term disaster they will just die off. |
