No. That would be "cultural appropriation." Damned if you do, damned if you don't. Acting white is privileged and racist. Acting black is also racist. It's like the urban residence issue. If white people leave the cities, they have engaged in "White Flight" which is racist. If they move back in, they are "gentrifying" the neighborhood, which is also racist.
