I am at this precise moment watching the channel of the Flemish Parliament broadcasting a live session. There is a woman talking (for the 2nd time) who has been talking earlier (and is doing same now) for a long time in a subdued voice, in the same never changing tone, as it were in one long string pouring out of her mouth. Very bizarre. You can't really think when you are listening to something like that, you feel you are being hypnotized. Your own mind is being immobilized, it can't move anymore.
