I don't know what about this is so hard for AC to get. They've been teaching this stuff at universities for decades. Why is it do hard to believe that a bunch of Human Resources graduates, who spent four years being indoctrinated in gender studies and race studies programs, would put those ideas in to practice at work?

100% this^

And here's a perfect example:

“Why, then, should Whites now be allowed to live in peace when Whites have historically been the world’s #1 source of conflict and oppression? Whiteness is racism. Period. Whiteness is the source of all oppression in the world. Whiteness is racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, anti-Semitism, Islamophobia, and heteropatriarchal capitalism. Eliminate Whiteness and you eliminate every single form of oppression that the world currently faces. No White people means no oppression. White people are like a cancer and oppression is a symptom of the cancer. Cut out the cancer altogether – with the cancer being White people – and you get rid of all of the oppression which White people cause.” - Professor Emily Goldstein - 2015

And they actually believe this crap.

You can bet your a$$ this professor Emily Goldstein is a lesbian who hates white/christian men and is disempowering them that way.

She uses the word "whiteness". How do you define "whiteness"? When you say tree, everyone knows what you are talking about. But when you say "whiteness", this is a conundrum, it's a mystery, you just don't know what it is supposed to mean. But then, wait - there is your definition; she is defining it for you, problem solved!

In fact, she takes everything she thinks white people have been guilty of (whether true or false), and puts it all under the same collective (mis)nomer: "whiteness".

Isn't this just a bit too easy?

Ask yourself who her mentors were.
