She uses the word "whiteness". How do you define "whiteness"? When you say tree, everyone knows what you are talking about. But when you say "whiteness", this is a conundrum, it's a mystery, you just don't know what it is supposed to mean. But then, wait - there is your definition; she is defining it for you, problem solved!

In fact, she takes everything she thinks white people have been guilty of (whether true or false), and puts it all under the same collective (mis)nomer: "whiteness".

Why do you think they are dumbing down math curriculums? Because learning math stimulates logical thinking. One of the smartest guys in my grad class at high school was black. One of the best athletes at school was native. One of the most popular girls in my class was a drop dead gorgeous east Indian girl, she was sweet and smart. I have met winners from every racial background and I have met losers from every racial background.

My cousin just called me back, he's worked for coca cola for going on his 15th year now, not 12, here in Texas and he said this is total bullshit.

He has not had to take any mandatory white training or anything like that.

He said he saw this post on Facebook and wanted to reply but didnt.

He said he doesnt know what's going on in yankee states, but this training isnt happening in Texas at least.
