I manage an income tax preparer office and see all types of this. Last week I was helping a client at work who told me he had 2 kids. I ask their birthdays and he gave me dates 2 weeks apart. I ask him again if he had the years correct because 2 weeks apart was odd. He said it was 2 different women. I was OHHH OK, then he laughed and said its even better than that. The baby Momma's are sisters. I could not help myself and ask him if they were twins. Nope they were 2 years apart. He was working and paying child support for both and neither mom was working. The guy had only paid in $1000 in taxes but thanks to Earned income and child tax credit he got back around $9000

Thats not their thing. Most Mexican fathers are dedicated, and since they're mostly catholic divorce is fairly rare. Another thing, the percentage of Mexican Americans on public assistance is extremely low compared to whites.
