Not to me it doesn't. HAARP works by seeding the atmosphere then directing RF at it, which causes an increase in temperature in the atmosphere. They can cause hot weather and a lack of rain with it, but I don't see how it can cause the opposite.

I lived in Garland in the 1950s and saw the original rock wall that was in Rockwall. On my grandmother's farm at Wylie they found the oldest, largest shell fossils in north Texas and they're now in the museum at McKinney. Lots of history in that area.

Yep, I recall the Super Bowl in 2011 in Arlington, outside Dallas, occurred in somewhat icy conditions.

There have been a few instances of snow in Arizona, Southern California, Florida. Maybe not as dramatic or as long lasting as in Texas a few days ago, but the jet stream has sometimes dipped low enough to bring snow and ice further south than normal.

The Strength of the Gulf stream and Atlantic Conveyor is simply a function of how much freezing is happening at the Arctic ice cap.

The salty water freezes its pure water content and the super salty dense water created sinks like a rock, driving the halocline.

The BP oil spill released no more oil than is naturally released every year from natural oil seeps in the floor of the Gulf.

I remember 'them' going on and on about that and how utterly miserable I was over it, though I'm not sure I ever saw much explanation for why an oil spill in the Gulf would cause this.

Then-'just like that'- turned out "that was never an issue
really" at all !
And "it's always been known" that the gulf stream barely has any effect on anything, and it's always been the jet stream that accounts for , e.g., such different temperatures typically at the same latitude on opposite sides of the Atlantic.

I know for sure it's nothing like that little zig-zag circlet- thing shown draped over top of globe in the picture, but typically has huge , wide deflections of the eastward flowing air currents by obstacles like the Rocky Mountains.
