Meaning the lungs are overwhelmed with infection because antibiotics cannot control the spread. Signs antibiotics are failing (other then X-ray) ——the heart rate has risen above 150 BPM. ——Patients temperature is uncontrollable due to infection (103F)... —— the patient is unable to sustain the appropriate amount of oxygen that would prevent brain damage. 85 % or less ——Last resort intubate so energy is not expelled when breathing. All energy is used for fighting infection. “Mechanical breathing “ or Number 2 - the epiglottis has failed and the patient would suffocate. You idiots. So many know it all’s in today’s world Maybe you should 1 ask a real doctor instead of listening to some jack off or 2 ask someone that has experience with intubation. Before you act like you know everything. Makes sense correct. Breathing is not an automatic function. In the case of some spinal cord injury cases, the patient can't breathe on their own, therefore mechanical assistant is required. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 72824797 United States 02/28/2021 02:30 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | OP you need to have your family tell the hospital to treat her with a saline nebulizer for steam inhalation to moisten the lungs and break that stuff up so she can cough it out. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77363359 Ventilators only dry people's lungs out further with just causes the infection to continue to compact until the lungs collapse. May God bless her one way or another. I agree, no ventilators. That’s is dumb and you do not understand intubation Do you see that blue tube going into patients mouth, that is oxygen with moisture. They do not pump in dry oxygen air, you idiots Good grief GLP at its finest You would never see this conversation on a medical forum obviously including a respiratory medical forum Every respiratory doctor in the world would stand up and say “Listen world Intubation does not work” Although it is not the best method it is the only method and used in last resort circumstances. |

We are talking about respiratory problems from pneumonia. Whether it be aspiration or viral. The primary inspiratory muscles are the diaphragm and external intercostals. Relaxed normal expiration is a passive process, happens because of the elastic recoil of the lungs and surface tension. However there are a few muscles that help in forceful expiration and include the internal intercostals, intercostalis intimi, subcostals and the abdominal muscles. You use more muscles to inhale and exhale is relaxing. FYI |

You can't go by color coding because the breathing circuits can be connected differently. If you zoom into this pic you can see there are actually 5 tubes. One for inhalation, one for exhalation an two for measuring the airflow and one for controlling an exhaust valve. You can see a diaphragm valve also. That for controlling the airflow moving out of the lungs. [link to i.postimg.cc (secure)] |

My husband recently lost his dad, so we understand the sadness and fear this brings. We'll be praying, not only for your sister, but peace for you and your family as you walk through this. But most important, we'll be praying for guidance for the doctors and you as you make these important decisions. Remember that the Lord is close, as close as your next breath and He'd love to hear from you. "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11 "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." John 14:27 |

If not, see if you can have a transfusion as treatment. If she is having trouble getting oxygen into the blood, the machines don't work, they just blow out the lungs. Not a DR, but experienced something with a family member that was like covid a few years before. Quoting: Conservative_B ~~~~~~ Yes, get her OFF the ventilator ASAP! Hospitals are paid approximately $39,000 per patient on a ventilator & $13,000 for the CV-19 Death Certificate!! It’s a BRIBE to increase CV-19 death numbers. Anonymous Coward User ID: 77038687 Netherlands 02/28/2021 03:45 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Not really sure if many seen this in action but truth is it becomes your lungs so your real lungs dont need to function anymore. Once removed everything shuts down please wake up. This is a horrible situation. More than a couple days your body is dependent on it and does not need those organs.Hence coma and death. Quoting: The Roadrunner Not true. Bad info. I seen it AC so fuck off. It is true, this is not a game to play its real What you say is supported logically. We see this also if hormones are administered. The production of hormones by the body shuts down and this is not easily reversed. Since breathing is regulated by the brain, it appears logical that the brain centers regulating breathing become inactive. 1 time I did dark room therapy, depriving myself of light as much as possible with a blindfold for like 7 days or longer, and when I took it off my brain sort of short-circuited. It was like I was dazed, like my visual brain center wasn't used in a long time and went inactive during all that time. And now that it was being used again, it lacked nutrient flow / energy flow or it just became weakened. It was like I was sort of sick, like my head didn't feel right. This happened just from light deprivation and exposing myself to light. Now imagine not breathing yourself for a few days as you stated. This would be far far more intense than just light deprivation I would imagine. Every retard knows there is no point in artificially letting someone else breathe. Administering oxygen is something entirely different. Those assholes with 1 liners are pure demons. They think they are soo amazing and soo smart but they are just dumb savage demonic creatures. Probably doctors who administer the same killing routines, petting themselves at the back because they are soo smart and counting their money. |

You are just a random useless insect in the crowd, a no one. If you had any idea of my talents you would realize how unbearably arrogant and useless you are compared to me. To make it worse you used a 1 liner without any counter argument. You are just stating I am wrong and dumb. I may be dumb to your or someone else's standards, but I am 100% certain I am less dumb than you are. And even if I were as dumb as you think, it would not prove me wrong. Neither does stating I am wrong make me wrong. You are what the dark ruling powers would call 'a useless eater'. Maybe you work in the hospital putting people in ventilators and now you feel uncomfortable you are killing people for $$$. What can I say? You're a dummy. My cousin has been on a vent for years. I posted pics of her. She hasn't died of using a vent. 1+1=dummy. Let me guess, your cousin doesn't have slime developing in her lungs. What you are saying is that because 1 person with heart disease doesn't have a magnesium deficiency, no one with heart disease CAN have a magnesium deficiency. And there are always exceptions, and maybe you don't even know what a ventilator is, since you are soo dumb. You are literally going against multiple insiders because you think you know it all. Congrats your cousin belongs to the 10%, who most likely doesn't have a lung infection. That doesn't mean I am wrong. And you should kill yourself for calling me a dummy. Only women use that word to talk down to other people as if they are a child because secretly they hate children. I can assure you I know what a ventilator is. I can assure you that I know what ventilator associated pneumonia is. I'm the person working the ventilator in this pic. You are just overly emotional and can't control your anger. This poor soul is suffering in a hospital and her family is worried and half of you are name calling and the other half are trying to give medical advice like you are medical doctors. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 72642219 Op, I’m sorry people are being like this. Prayers for your sister and all of your family. Please let us know when she gets out! You worship doctors like gods. I know you are a weak soul. Like a sheep, and sheep get killed by wolves. You can look to us as your shepherds. You are tripping over your panties because you hear 'judgments' boohoo. Go cry in a corner. A life is more important than your feelings or whatever words are used. What good does it do if you use sugary cuddly words if someone ends up dying because of your methods and wordings? 'Ow I must be careful not to upset anyone, better that his sister dies, than to get OP upset'. Your mentality is sick and twisted, go search for an exorcist. Overly concerned with name calling while others like me are trying to save her life from doctor worshipping cultists such as yourself. Followers go with the flow and assimilate into the borg hive-mind. Like a leaf in the wind. Don't you know many doctors just care about their money? If you cut the salaries of doctors in half, how many would still want to become a doctor do you think? Never trust someone's integrity when it comes to high paying jobs. Trust someone's integrity when the job pays little but they choose to do it anyway. Sheeps gonna Baaaahhhh. |
