Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79048783 People need to learn what it means to be personally accountable for their bad decision making. WHAT about the 10 trillion dollars the wealthy got under the cares act? Who gives a fuck about that? Deflect much? You know what a logical fallacy is? The topic is landlords getting fucked by lessees who made bad choices. Most of those landlords are not rich. Are you 22 years old or some shit? Grow up. there just accessories after the fact that they would commit abuse. You are living in someone else's house. Not your house, someone else's. You are eating, farting and watching TV in someone else's house, just as if you broke through the basement window and snuck up the stairs. Because once you broke your contract to pay, you no long have rights to that living space (after 30 days). You don't have a house. You are living in someone else's house that they own, not you. Think of it this way - what if someone broke into the house or apartment you're renting, took the remote and changed the channel, then started using your kitchen to make dinner. Would that be ok with you? Same concept. Last Edited by Witness99 on 02/20/2021 07:29 PM |

Exactly. Also, the unemployed were paid $962 per week in Detroit during the first round of stimulus. They couldn't pay their rent? Bullshit. |

The gov/bankers will scoop up the property in auction for pennies and then rent to whomever. I suspect that many housing units will be SECTION 8, so they will go to the lowest income people in the area. The lowest 25% in income always get the priority Housing Vouchers, so they get in first ( this includes illegals). Im from the Detroit area and can tell you that Detroit is NOT A CITY, it is a Pan-African city state where the rule of law is basically gone (This is why the Global pirates used Detroit to steal the election). Many of the residents have grown up in generational DEMOCRATIC WELFARE, so they have no idea how one goes about "Paying Bills" as they think "Bills are Raciss". Many Detroit homeowners have not paid utilities for decades. They ignored the water bills for decades and the heat/electric bills were covered by Poverty programs by DTE. |
