Of course it is. Although how much is due solely to leftists home grown in various countries or how much is based in Beijing is hard to say.

There are a lot of people and their way of thinking throughout the world infiltrated with leftism that aren't necessarily connected to the Communists of Beijing. But with the ultra-liberals in China pushing their way into Europe, North America, Asia, etc, and then their meeting up with their political brethren throughout the globe, a perfect storm has been created.

Good work Nigel. He stood up to the EU almost singlehandedly for over a decade. Now he's standing up to China.

A huge part of the healthcare in the US and EU for example, is owned by an Australian company.

To be a bit more nuanced, it's possible to extremely wealthy in a Communist society.
The "elite" are just as filthy in practice as their western counterparts.
