There is Q and then there is the mythology that has sprouted up around it. She is making some leaps I think. Maybe not as I don't know enough. You should most likely watch more of her content rather than basing an opinion on what she’s speaking of based on just one as she has outlined quite a comprehensive theory on all of it throughout her channel.
