This company is listed in Irvine California, and a web search for the street address shows a link for Bank of England bank branch at the exact address, as well as a Research and Development "Vibrometry" office located in the next door suite. ( [ link to www.polytec.com (secure)] The CEO of Secure Channels is listed as Richard Blech, whose had limited social media engagement, buT as far back as September 2019, did retweet this Cyber Defense Magazine blurb:
