I'm pretty sure he covers the significance of the retrograde in air signs in this video! From what I can remember and possibly make up from my own knowledge is (I believe) Mercury is the ruler of air so its retrograde through all of the air signs means a total "makeover" of our air like qualities so I would guess our thoughts, intelligence, etc. I'm sure he explains it better, his videos are worth the listen!

This week sucks so bad.

My friend passed away last week.

I broke an heirloom china platter this evening that belonged to my great grandmother from Belgium - my grandmother gifted it to me when I was 16 and now it's broken in a hundred pieces.

My daughter had an accident, is recovering from surgery and is going through a shitty time - all while her power went out in TX and I'm not able to be there for her. (thankfully her power is back on).

I feel sad this evening and am tired of feeling shitty. I'm tired of feeling sad and stressed.

First, I'm so sorry to hear about your friend. I would insert a hug emoticon if I could find one.

Second, I feel weird that this is the second time I've posted this guy but I'm listening to it literally right now and may have some helpful words if you choose to be open minded or already believe in some of what I'm about to say (I assume you may have some interest since you put this in this specific thread).


He explains in this video how this week is deeply about karma and how we respond to it. It sounds like these events are triggering karmic patterns in your life and you need to be present and respond differently to how they make you feel. I don't know you or your birth chart, nor am I an astrologer at all, but if you are familiar with your birth chart, look at your 12th house and also where Aquarius lies in your chart. For example in my chart, I have my 12th house in Aquarius (conveniently for this timing) so I am currently experiencing triggers and karma (fear) related to freedom and the ability to work hard for my independence. I feel this heavily with the Supreme Court rulings yesterday and the encroaching, suppressing feeling of communism at my doorstep no matter how far away I move. The ultimate lesson here, for everyone no matter what your chart, is to respond differently and to be present with it.

I can relate to your feelings though I've never experienced what you're going through. Maybe look at the breaking of the heirloom as an opportunity to learn more about your great grandmother and where she comes from. If you're upset that her memory is ruined because the plate is broken, write down your memories and knowledge of her or find some other way to memorialize what that one heirloom meant to you. It may not be vintage but the memory is what is important.

As for your daughter and other shitty situations, I don't want to try to give advice because I have no idea what you're feeling there. All I could say is, respond differently and more mindfully, maybe accepting what is out of your control and trusting that there are greater forces at play.
Maybe you'll get more out of the video, I've rambled quite a bit here but I hope something I said helps. Again, I'm sorry for your loss and hope you can find some light within yourself in these dark times

Losing my friend and worrying about my daughter has been stressful. I reached my snapping point last night when my grandmom's heirloom platter broke, clumsily (hurriedly) putting back in the hutch and it slipped - it's just everything from this past week, actually all of February, that seems to have manifested in a broken heirloom. Ugh, makes me feel sad and sick.
