here in Brazil it is a political chaos. they are difficult decisions being made by people who have never had an ounce of empathy.
daily, mayors need to decide whether the population dies of covid or starvation.
the decision has been in favor of the economy, as far as possible.

Yesterday was a moody day for a lot. No one I know slept well pre-dawn Monday. To a person, everyone was awake by 3am. Most reported bad dreams (myself included). I become mildly concerned when a lot of people react in such an uncoordinated way.

That would be finished around June 2021. The department believes the investigation from OSHA is flawed because the conditions it cites were not tested by the inspectors and prisons can’t comply with some of the recommendations.

FYI ancedotal--Hub's nurse (at least in her 60s, not sure) had the J&J and last wk her Blood pressure skyrocketed and she felt "funny" so went to ER. She's out of hospital now and still not back to her home visits for us. I had posted about my hub's BP's escalation last month that we never got an answer for--but he had had the Modernas in Jan and Feb. Wondering if this has something to do with any new variants floating around these days.


Concerned about what might happen from about now until the end of April. Can't share specifics as it is only my gut feeling.

I know someone had said something about me making a meme for the thread, but I lost the post. If anyone would like one please PM me so I don't miss it. Can't do it today or tomorrow but after that I should be able to...

Hey Bastetcat! Just doing a quick scan, it seems like lots of people had an off day yesterday. That's a bit concerning. I really can't explain it! Today WILL be a better day! The sun is back and even though it's not warm, it's a pretty day. It just looks like I'll have to wait to plant things for a couple of more weeks.

I'm glad to hear y'all are doing well down there. I've been concerned.

I'll be going back to my spring cleaning today. Boy, it needs to be done! I just couldn't get motivated to do it last year. I was stuck in the "nobody's coming over anyway" state of mind. Now, I'm in the OMG! What was I thinking! Clean already! mode.

Hi Bastetcat! What a shame about your hub's nurse. Hope she fully recovers.

Took my hubs to Kaiser yesterday, had to spend a couple of hours there. I managed to park in the lot near the Rona vaccine tents. What a trip that was. Lines of people waiting to get their shot. I found it very troubling that people have not been given enough true information to give their informed consent, but that's life I suppose.
