DEFCON 4 User ID: 52530071 United States 07/25/2021 10:51 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | GM,RIFF. there was some talks last year in the beginning of what FEMA wanted to do early on. there was a lot of military movements in the country toward cities. i did hear 1st hand reports round here,as they headed toward BUFFALO. difference now is who is CC. TRUMP would stop more than JB. we also can see actions in the EU and other nations. we also know the rule of govern- reamin in control over the ppl and use any chaotic situation to their benefit. Quoting: JAZZz50 i do think he is right that something is up. not sure what it is. i think he tried to get ppl to realize it by saying "upper officers". his tone toward the end tells me he is very concerned. there is much more he would like to tell but can't as it would reflect back on who gave him some intel and Utube would pull the video. CP, Canada Prepper, has done several videos over the years on speculating how the govern could pull off a ML scenario in the US. can do it quickly in middle of the night. it is more possible than most realize.GLP has speculated on how easy it would b to shut down cities. stop food transports, u control everyone. no idea what the govern will do. we all know the plan at this moment looks messed up. the virus has free reign to spread and destroy this country and the world for the most part. we have a ways to go til turkey day. lots can happen and it won't b good. from then on with KH taking over it will get even worse. Establishing a true state of martial law in this country would be a logistical nightmare, even with the full weight of the US military supporting it. Fact is, even with reserves and national guard units, the ratio of civilian to soldier is over 200:1. Add in 350 million firearms in the hands of the civilian population, and shit gets real. Take Indianapolis for one example. It has a pre-built perimeter in the form of Interstate 465 which circles the city at the county lines on all four sides. It is 53 miles in circumference. Even with low figures such as 1 soldier stationed every 100 feet to prevent exit from the city, that would require almost 3,000 men. For an effective perimeter you would need at least four times that many. 12,000 soldiers. Double that number because the soldiers would have to work in shifts in order to sleep, so 24,000 men. And that's just for establishing a semi-secure perimeter. What about operations inside that perimeter? That's just one American city. Unless the military is willing to use heavy artillery and air strikes against its own population, a true state of martial law would be impossible to establish and maintain in this country for any length of time. Martial law is really the least of my concerns. oh, i agree full ML of the nation would b tuff to pull off. however, blocking cities in would not. they would use cops and all those special vehicles they bought up. as u said cities have a highway encircling them. a few tractor trailors to block the road,no way out.not by car. by daylight, ppl would already b blocked in.now cut off food transports. the ppl will do whatever u tell them. that won't work well in BFE rural America. but does for the cities. a full show of force and as in DC,ppl stand down. i think more is coming than a ML,or worse. could b quarantine zones. drivers already have an ID card with state and town on them. then as these too would fail to stop covid, they can tighten the leash. make zone smaller and smaller. for now they seem to b trying to calm the sheep. give us a cpl more months. Well, blocking vehicle traffic in or out of Indy is one thing. But unless you have armed sentries completely encircling the city, people can just walk in or out. Plus, there are more than a couple of train tracks I might attempt to use with my truck to get under the interstate blockade. And there are a LOT of very well-armed civilians in Indianapolis. We would not go quietly. So you use the military at those 25 first, stationed at larger main intersections, patrolling in a 2 to 5 mile radius, to shut the whole thing down. block off the interstates, shut off the cell phone towers, stop food delivery. TV broadcasts will say that the systems for the internet and cell phones in that city have been hacked, but that services will be restored soon, and that due to the issues, no grocery stores can operate, no ability to reach the cloud to check people out. Then on the second day, they'll say that due to the ongoing issues with the stores, the government will be bringing in food trucks, to distribute food to everyone that needs it. Then on the fourth day they'll hand out one day worth of food, but you have to show some form of ID to get your food ration, one package per ID provided. Now they've got control of everyone, because everyone has to stand in line for food, AND they've put them on a list in the process. After a week you start dropping the size of the food rations.... After 2 weeks you only hand out to the children... Unless you comply, any resistance and you AND your family lose their right to rations. And because internet and cell phones were down, the rest of the county has no fucking clue what just happened, because the news never covered it. Rinse. Repeat. Until you've got all cities over 500k population under full control. |

Might be a good time to pick up a new hobby with a few antennas... Yeah, amateur radio operators have just about the only disaster-proof method of communications at their disposal. Problem is, the antennas required for long-distance transmitting stick out like a sore thumb and would make easy targets if they wanted them shut down. That being said, part of any prepper's supplies should be a battery-operated receiver that can pick up amateur radio bands. That will be the only reliable method of receiving news from outside the country if the grid and Internet go down. Raffette and I both have handheld radios with preset frequencies for us to communicate if everything else goes down. If the repeaters are working we can be anywhere in or around Indy and still be able to communicate. If they aren't working, we have to be within about five miles of each other, which we usually are during a normal day. Handheld amateur radios are inexpensive.
