The virus is real, it affects people very differently, the ones that already had it are not very prone to get it again, the ones that have not had it should avoid it at all cost (my case), getting vaccinated is a very bad idea, because the virus was created and released to get people to the point of wanting the vaccine. If I were given the choice of getting either the virus or the vaccine, I would choose the virus. I think even the most paranoid on this forum have agreed that whatever this virus is, the release was accidental. There are a lot of easier ways to accomplish what you're talking about without killing the global economy. Think about it. If the governments of the world all got together and agreed that they needed to get as many citizens of the world to take a medication that perpetuates some grand evil global scheme, they don't have to create a virus and release it on a global scale. All they have to do is contaminate existing OTC medications with whatever they're trying to get everyone to take and just sit back while everyone does it to themselves without a single suspicion. A global conspiracy of the proportions your describing would be impossible to keep secret. There's a rule in the intelligence world: "The odds of a secret becoming public is equal to the square of the number of people that know about it." In other words, once ten people know about a secret, there is a 100% chance it will become publicly known. Most governments, including the US, are too incompetent to pull off what you're describing. You will probably dismiss the source I will share below. Anyway, and just for the record: it has been proven that the spike protein is toxic on its own, it can enter cell membranes everywhere without any need for ACE2 receptor and thus it can and will get straight to the brain without regard for the brain blood barrier. This is true both for the viral spike and for the synthetic spike. The whole lie that the spike would only be produced by a couple of weeks is soon to be blast open, vaccinated people have been found with spikes freely circulating in their blood 5 months after the shot, hence they are already GMOs producing the spike constantly. You will probably dismiss this as has not been yet peer reviewed, it won’t make it less true.
