My husband (naval officer) has to have the vaccine for an upcoming mission in May. (It's not our government forcing it, to be very clear.) I need to find out if he can request the J&J one.

The only positive that I see is that at least if the J/J doesn’t work as well..... it does less damage :) and your husband knows not to touch his damn face.... Per Zakk, NO FACE TOUCHING!
