The animal issue is a bit more than is being discussed in medical science circles.... too much tunnel vision..... COVID-19 is circulating in some animals. What does that mean for us? What Happens If COVID-19 Infects Wild Animals?Tufts researchers are testing species from bats to seals to see if it’s being spread, and explain how the virus could establish a wildlife reservoir [ link to now.tufts.edu (secure)] Infecting animals and many different species is the most terrifying thing about this virus, IMO. There is no stopping something like that and the mutations that will emerge from them. No natural virus has been shown to infect so many animals and then back to humans so seemlessly...ever.
